Join a contractor supporting a major federal electrical infrastructure project in Philadelphia, PA. This role provides leadership and oversight of the project's Quality Control program during electrical service modifications, substation replacement, switchgear installations, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
The Quality Control Manager will serve as the primary QC authority on the project, coordinating with project leadership, subcontractors, testing agencies, and government representatives to ensure compliance with federal construction requirements and project specifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced federal QCM seeking a long-term project involving electrical distribution systems, substations, commissioning, and NAVFAC quality control processes.
✔ Current CQM-C Certification
✔ Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a CQC/QCM
✔ Graduate Engineer, Architect, or Construction Management Graduate with 5+ years of similar experience OR Construction Professional with 10+ years of similar experience
✔ Direct USACE, NAVFAC, Department of Defense, Air Force, or Federal Construction Experience
✔ Strong knowledge of the USACE Three-Phase Control Process
✔ Experience developing and managing Definable Features of Work (DFOW)
✔ Valid Driver's License
✔ Ability to pass military base access and badging requirements
✔ U.S. Citizenship Required (Dual Citizenship Not Permitted)
