Job Description

My client is looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead QC operations across a three-shift manufacturing environment. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence over team culture, operational effectiveness, and how quality gets done from the lab floor up.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead QC lab and operations staff across a three-shift manufacturing operation
  • Make release decisions for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Oversee environmental monitoring, critical utilities, and bioburden testing
  • Implement and improve quality systems, SOPs, and specifications
  • Identify lab operation risks and drive resolution of quality issues

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Background in medical device QC, with hands-on experience in microbiology or chemistry lab environments
  • Established knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements applied in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple shifts
