■主な仕事内容
a. 顧客満足とクレームの最小化のために行動する
b. ROCKWOOLの管理手順、仕様、および作業指示に従って、入荷した商品と完成品をチェックおよび検証し、記録する
c. ROCKWOOLの管理手順、仕様、作業指示に従って工程内検査を実施し、記録する（寸法、密度、外観 など）
d. 関連する顧客契約要件に最終製品が確実に準拠するようにする
e. 製品の品質を管理し、リジェクト品の発生を防ぐ
f. 製品に添付するラベルを管理する
g. 作業場の安全衛生を確保する
h. 安全活動の推進と参加
i. 各種品質向上キャンペーンへの参加
j. 校正を含む検査測定および試験装置の管理
k. カスタマーサービス／営業の 要件に応じたサンプルの準備
l. 将来のテストまたは参照のためのサンプル保管

a. 合意された条件に従って、品質管理と報告を行う（生産ライン）
b. 測定制御および確認
c. 社内テスト頻度に沿ったテストの実施
d. 顧客の要求ごとに製造される製品に対し、検索可能なレコードを発行
e. 完成品に適切なラベルを貼付し、製品の識別とトレーサビリティを確保
f. 改善行動をおこなうために不適合製品の特定と管理
