Partner with the best

As a Quality Contorl Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the final quality of our innovative energy products. You will keep records up-to date and use a variety of inspection equipment to proactively test and report any defects.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Routing Package review (Spec, Drawing, Picklist, Document Revision)
  • Providing dimensional, COC, inspection report and traceability record in MO package
  • Supporting First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection activities.
  • Verifying gages and tool calibration, validate report from Outsource process.
  • Performing inspection as per work order (Dimensional, Hardness, Phosphating, Test and Assembly)
  • Recording inspection results accurately and raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for non-conforming items
  • Maintaining inspection records complete, accurate, and retained per QMS requirements.
  • Participating in Quality & HSE program and proactively involve in improving Quality/HSE Culture in Batam Site

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Diploma or technical high school with 3 years' experience.
  • Have previous experience in the inspection and measurement of component parts in a similar manufacturing industry.
  • Be able to read and understand technical Drawings, Familiar with tools and gauges for measurement
  • Have ability to perform detailed dimensional inspection of component parts
  • Be able to perform hardness testing and report verification, perform phosphate visual inspection
  • Have knowledge to verify Hydro test parameter and report validation
  • Be able to perform Test and Assembly inspection
  • Have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and HSE awareness ..
