About the Role

QIMA is looking for a Quality Control Inspector (Beverage) based in Ho Chi Minh City/ South Vietnam to support one of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting beverage inspections at supplier and factory sites, ensuring products meet quality requirements and customer specifications.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:

• Conduct food/beverage inspections at supplier and manufacturing sites.
• Verify products and production processes against client quality requirements and specifications.
• Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports.
• Identify and document non-conformities and communicate findings professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the client's operations team, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with QIMA and client procedures.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Think you have what it takes? First of all, we want someone with:

• At least 4+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in beverage, food, and/or FMCG
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Ability to travel frequently to supplier and factory locations.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Very good command of spoken and written English to communicate with an international client.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
