As a Quality Control Inspector, you will verify that incoming, in-process, and finished products meet specifications and quality standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring only conforming product reaches our customers.
You will join a quality team that partners with manufacturing and engineering to ensure precision, consistency, and compliance in every product we ship.
•Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using drawings, specifications, and quality standards
•Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM) to verify dimensions
•Interpret blueprints and GD&T to determine inspection requirements
•Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
•Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material
•Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
•Assist with gauge calibration and inspection process improvements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1-2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
•Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
•Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
•Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
•Experience with CMM programming and operation
•Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949
•Certification in inspection or metrology
•Experience in electronics, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
