Environmental Conditions

Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Office

Key responsibilities:

• Performs/ensures environmental monitoring: collects and evaluates air, surface, and water samples.
• Prepares environmental monitoring trends and annual reports.
• Performs/ensures microbiological, physicochemical, and biochemical testing of product and raw materials.
• Performs gowning qualification of operators which involved in aseptic process.
• Engages in aseptic process simulation and process validation: conducts and validates microbiological testing.
• Prepares procedures and instructions, trains department employees.
• Conducts gowning qualification for operators participating in aseptic procedures.
• Supervises deviations in production environment monitoring and performs non-conformity prevention.

Keys to Success:

Education

• University Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, genomics, or similar fields.

Experience

• Laboratory work experience.
• Work experience in a production, microbiological control or research department (would be considered as advantage).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills in verbal and written communication.
• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality standards. Understanding of GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of microbiological methods used for testing.
• Understanding of aseptic production principles and rules.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
