Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance

• Follow company safety, quality, and compliance policies at all times
• Maintain high standards for health, safety, and environmental practices
• Support continuous improvement in quality and safety processes

Core Duties

• Create and maintain ITPs for components and assemblies
• Perform drawing ballooning and link inspection points to drawings
• Define inspection stages (Receiving, In-Process, Final)
• Ensure compliance for special processes (e.g., coating, heat treatment, NDT)
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and dimensional inspection reports
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Suppliers

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Quality / Manufacturing Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Equipment manufacturing (Oil & Gas / Engineering Equipment - preferred)

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with ITP preparation, dimensional inspection, and ballooning
• Familiarity with inspection methods and processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Mastercam (preferred)
• Mandatory experience with ballooning software
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

• Knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards
