Job Title – Quality Control Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Engineer to ensure products and processes meet defined quality standards within an industrial and materials environment. The role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and implementing quality control systems to maintain consistency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & AssuranceConduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.Ensure all products meet quality standards, specifications, and client requirements.Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Process Monitoring & ImprovementMonitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze quality data and identify trends or recurring issues.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Testing & DocumentationPerform quality tests and maintain accurate records of results.Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and compliance records.Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.Ensure traceability of materials and processes.
Compliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Support internal and external audits.Maintain quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.Ensure adherence to ISO or relevant quality standards.
Coordination & SupportWork closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.Provide technical support related to quality issues.Coordinate with suppliers on quality requirements and improvements.Support training initiatives related to quality standards and procedures.
Reporting & AnalysisPrepare quality reports and present findings to management.Track key quality metrics and KPIs.Provide insights and recommendations for improving product quality.Monitor corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).3–6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or materials-related industries is preferred.
