Position Summary: The Quality Control Documentation Specialist manages, organizes, and distributes quality control documents and photos essential for maintaining ISO9001:2015 compliance and fulfilling customer requirements. This individual ensures accurate documentation handling and effective communication of quality information across teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize quality control documents and photographic records to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards.
- Distribute quality documentation effectively to internal teams and customers as required.
- Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date records of quality control documentation.
- Support audits and inspections by ensuring all required documentation and records are readily available and organized.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Control and Project Management teams to meet documentation and reporting requirements.

QualificationsPreferred

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing an associate degree.
- Basic knowledge or interest in quality control processes and ISO standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.

Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based role with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
- Standard office hours with potential flexibility depending on project and audit schedules.
