Essentials: 5+ years experience in a similar quality role; experience with residential sites in Ireland; strong knowledge of BCAR compliance.
Location: Multiple Sites in Dublin
Salary: Up to €65,000

Reporting to: Quality Control Manager
Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their growing quality team and support the delivery of high-quality standards across multiple live projects. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will assist in promoting best practice, monitoring compliance with BCAR and company quality procedures, and carrying out inspections and audits to ensure works are completed in line with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams and subcontractors to identify and address quality issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain consistency across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify quality issues, defects, and compliance concerns.
- Travel to projects in line with agreed inspection schedules.
- Ensure quality procedures are implemented by site teams and subcontractors.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, site managers, and key stakeholders.
- Investigate and report quality defects and non-conformances.
- Record inspection findings and prepare quality reports using company systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality standards, building regulations, and industry best practices.
- Promote a positive quality culture across all projects.
- Carry out additional duties as required by management.
