Job Description

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing in-process and final product inspections and analyses to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and established specifications. You will evaluate inspection and test results for accuracy and precision, identify ongoing quality concerns, support the prevention of potential production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves the use of a variety of measuring devices and testing equipment, as well as established inspection methods and procedures, to determine product conformity. You will also work with technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, inspection instructions, and quality documentation to support product acceptance and release decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of self-produced goods.
• Perform incoming inspection of goods received from external suppliers.
• Support the control and movement of goods between incoming inspection, warehouse, and finished goods locations.
• Execute and document OQ/PQ activities using statistical software (JMP).
• Manage and support measurement equipment projects.
• Identify, document, and follow up on quality deviations.
• Support audit activities.
• Ensure traceability and accuracy of Quality Control documentation.

Key Requirements

• Experience working within a Quality environment.
• Experience with OQ/PQ activities and related documentation.
• Experience using statistical software, preferably JMP.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining accurate quality documentation.
• Experience working with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and optical measurement systems within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Work Location

• This is a fully onsite role based at our manufacturing facility in Osted.
