Quality Control Administrator

They are seeking an entry-level Quality Control Administrator to join their Bonnyville team. As the administrative backbone of their QC department, you will manage turnover packages, material tracing, and regulatory documentation. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in industrial quality control, they want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and organize client QC books, including Mill Test Reports (MTRs), hydrotest logs, and NDE reports.
Maintain daily welding logs, tracking diameter weld inches, welder performance, and continuity.
Help maintain documentation for ABSA, CWB Group, TSASK, and COR safety systems.
Ensure incoming fabrication metals and components are correctly tagged, logged, and matched to QA criteria.
Manage, archive, and retrieve blueprints, shop fabrication records, and electronic files.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma required; administrative or technical post-secondary asset.
0–2 years in an admin or data-entry role. Exposure to oilfield, fabrication, or construction environments is a strong asset.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) with a readiness to learn industry software.
Exceptional precision; ability to catch missing stamps, mismatched heat numbers, or documentation typos.
Must reside in or be able to commute daily to the Bonnyville/Cold Lake region.
