Quality Control Administrator (6 Months Temporary Full-Time) – Williams Gate, Galway
Applications are invited for the role of Quality Control Administrator on a Temporary, Full-time basis in Williams Gate, Galway.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures and standards
Ensuring compliance with the Wholesale Standards Programme and internal quality guidelines
Conducting routine checks, audits, and verifications of documentation, stock, and processes
Identifying, investigating, and reporting discrepancies, errors, or non‑conformances
Participate in customer and compliance audits
Preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly quality and compliance reports
Maintaining quality records and documentation in line with policy requirements
Liaising with relevant departments regarding discrepancies
Supporting stock takes, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Responding to internal and external quality-related queries professionally
Supporting Health & Safety, Security, and regulatory compliance requirements
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
Carrying out other related duties as required
The Suitable Candidate Will:
Have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Possess strong numerical and analytical skills
Have excellent organisational and time‑management skills
Be confident working with reports, data, and documentation
Demonstrate strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Have the ability to work independently and use initiative
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Be reliable, flexible, and quality‑focused
Previous experience in quality control, compliance, auditing, or administration would be advantageous
