 About The Role

Tentang Anak is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality in products and processes, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic and innovative organization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Audit QC System in OEM & Supplier
2. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure quality control for incoming products
3. Collaborate with various teams (Warehouse, PR, & doctor) to establish a robust system for addressing product questions related to quality, user experience, and complaints, ensuring a 100% response rate
4. Record data & evaluation, establish standards for feedback & CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) measures.
5. Collect retained samples & implement an evaluation system
6. Manage defects in FG, collaborate with vendors on necessary repairs, and conduct root cause analyses
7. Collaborate with other teams to create comprehensive NPS & product evaluation
8. Establish standards and evaluation for vendor performances

Requirements

1. Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Industrial Technology (D3/S1).
2. 2-3 years of QC experience in skincare, food, or book industries.
3. In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skincare products.
5. Understanding of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and related regulations. 
6. Knowledgeable about various food processing methods and quality testing protocols.
7. Familiarity with publishing processes, printing techniques, bookbinding, and industry standards.
8. Proficient in industry-specific quality testing methods.
9. Willingness to travel to factories or storage warehouses for QC activities.
