Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for applications built on the OutSystems platform.

2. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure application quality.

3. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using established tracking tools.

4. Collaborate with developers to understand application features and functionalities.

5. Verify bug fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues.

6. Perform performance and load testing to ensure application scalability and reliability.

7. Ensure applications meet the required security standards and guidelines.

8. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve development processes and practices.

9. Maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports for reference.

10. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.

• 3+ years' experience as a BA, including 2+ years in agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Aptitude for multi-tasking and adapting to change

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
