Job Location: NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250
Salary Range: $16.25 - $22.25 Hourly

SUMMARY
Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming and outgoing materials, parts and finished Precast Concrete.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to daily tasks, determine test reliability and validity, analysis.
- Ability to read blueprints & tape measure
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work outside in a construction environment
- The ability to lift, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
- Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts
- Work overtime and work mandatory Saturdays when scheduled
- Must be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights
