
WSP is currently seeking a Quality Construction Manager (Field Engineering Technologist/FET) for our Power Constructors, Inc. (PCI) sector for a project site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Quality Construction Manager, provides strategic vision, technical leadership, and operational accountability for enterprise-critical programs with large financial and reputational impact. This role directs and oversees professional, technical, and managerial teams, ensuring consistent excellence in program delivery and alignment with organizational goals. The position shapes industry-leading practices and standards for program execution, while influencing long-term business outcomes through innovation, strategic advisory, and cross-functional leadership. The role is integral to the firm’s growth, client retention, and positioning as a leader in integrated program management.
The Manager will have experience in power generation, and power delivery with special attention to work in quality assurance in an energized environment.
The candidate hired for this role will act as the Owner’s representative to oversee all aspects of station and line facilities construction including interconnect, site work, status reporting, owner purchased material, monitoring safety, startup and commissioning, and project closeout.
This position is responsible for the overall management of the assigned project area, to ensure compliance within required budgetary, scheduling, and quality goals.
Employees in this role coordinate and report on the construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site.

Compensation:
Expected Salary: $115,100 - $205,040
