Job Title: Quality Conformance Specialist

Employment Type Contract

Duration: April - Dec 26 (Strong possibility of Extension)

Location: Mirabel, Quebec- 3 days on site per week

Must haves:

• 3–5+ years in aerospace/aviation/defense/automotive manufacturing
• Strong experience in non-conformance management & RCA
• Hands-on exposure to shop-floor / production environments
• Experience with quality audits & compliance
• Knowledge of AS9100 / EN9100 / ISO 9001 standards
• Expertise in 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing & FMEA
• French – Mandatory (oral & written)
• English – Fluent
