Job Description

Your missions

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives, advanced quality planning, and complex problem-solving across production and supply chain activities. Act as a focal point for quality conformance, root cause analysis, and cost of non-quality reduction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Conformance & Planning
  • Guarantee adherence to internal/external quality standards, airworthiness regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, and risk assessments for processes and products.
  • Apply APQP and PPAP methodologies for new product introduction and supplier quality assurance.
  • Manage concessions, deviations, and non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Act as the interface with customers and authorities for quality-related topics.
  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Deploy and sustain Quality Standards (Quality Excellence, Quality Basics).
  • Lead PPS (Practical Problem Solving) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for complex issues.
  • Coach operational teams on problem-solving methodologies and quality tools.
  • Drive actions to reduce Cost of Non-Quality in line with organizational targets.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to visualize issues and prioritize actions.
  • Prepare and present technical and quality reports (concessions, measurements, events) to management and customers.
  • Provide real-time synthesis of significant events and monthly summaries of non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Quality teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Procurement, and suppliers.
  • Represent Quality in cross-functional projects and workshops to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize regular meetings to track progress on quality actions and improvement projects.

Your profile

  • Education: Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Quality Management or Conformance, with proven experience in:
  • Control Plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
  • Project management and continuous improvement.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and advanced quality planning tools.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and manage customer/supplier interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German.
