Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing QMS improvement initiative across all departments and functions to ensure quality initiative and quality plans are executed and maintained in full compliance with certification and company policy.
• Support the implementation and drive continual improvement in the area of Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001/SS651).
• Lead, plan, and participate in customer audit, internal audit, and external audit. Follow up audit finding actions till closure with process owners.
• Lead and coordinate in yearly R & O Registry, Contingency plan, and Management Review. Participate in monthly quality meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards and keep-to-date on the changes or requirement. Compliance lead for QMS document, include generate, review and update quality related Procedures / Work Instructions.
• Review daily production release activities by SAP
• Perform any other delegated works as assigned by QA Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quality Engineering / Chemistry / Science or any equivalent discipline.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance department
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 or similar quality systems, and good experience in facing audits or be a lead auditor.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including good communication, sincerity, team spirit and willingness to take up challenge.
