
Disability Connect Australia (DCA) is seeking a detail-focused Quality & Compliance Officer to support audit readiness and compliance across Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) and Community Connect Victoria (CCV).
Based at our Warragul Head Office, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and keeping systems organised and audit-ready.
Full Time | Fixed Term 6 Months | SCHADS Level 4.1–4.3 (depending on experience)
This is a 6-month fixed-term role, with the possibility of extension or permanency based on organisational need.
About the Role
You will support the Quality & Compliance Manager by:
Maintaining client documentation and compliance records
Conducting file audits and corrective actions
Managing compliance registers and training evidence
Supporting WHS documentation and emergency folders
Maintaining policies, procedures, and version control
Preparing audit evidence and identifying compliance gaps
What You’ll Bring
Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability, health, or community services
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and WHS
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using systems such as Lumary
