The Quality & Compliance Lead will champion, support and lead quality management systems and quality improvement initiatives and ensure all managers and process owners maintain their part of the quality management system. He or she is responsible for formulating and implementing policies and procedures that enhance the quality of the GEBS processes. Will also contribute to LCS quality management initiatives considering GEBS being an integrated part of LCS. He or she identifies areas of improvement in this area, possibly through analysis of Quality Reviews, Transactional Quality Checks, internal audits, external audits, and customer complaints/feedback, i2r, CAPA, KPIs and risk analysis. Works closely with managers to implement and monitor improvement strategies and evaluates and prioritizes projects & programs to ensure resources are directed towards achieving the highest levels of quality.
