British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Compliance Executive


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day chemical laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing, proper documentation, equipment calibration, and compliance with BAT quality standards.
  • Conduct and oversee BAU product chemical parameter monitoring to ensure product consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analysis test results, investigate deviations, support root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and communicate quality reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to BAT quality systems, manufacturing specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute and support key quality activities, including P&HM, PI&T, ISG Extension, and RQA assessments.
  • Maintain audit-ready quality records and documentation to support inspections and compliance reviews.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve laboratory processes, testing methodologies, and quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, and Quality to drive operational excellence.
  • Support quality reviews, project implementations, change management initiatives, and occasional travel for audits, assessments, and site support activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSc Engineering), Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Understanding of quality management systems, laboratory operations, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, quality assurance, quality control, or laboratory environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards is preferred.
  • Fresher Graduate is welcome to apply.
