JewishCare is a leading not-for-profit organisation
supporting vulnerable members of the community through aged care, disability
services, mental health and family support programs.

We are currently seeking a Quality & Compliance
Coordinator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of
quality, safety and compliance systems across our Aged Care and NDIS services.

Working closely with the Head of Quality & Clinical
Practice, this role will support internal audits, regulatory compliance and
quality improvement initiatives across services.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating
    internal audits against the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice
    Standards
  • Supporting
    external audits, accreditation and certification processes
  • Monitoring
    incidents, complaints and compliance reporting
  • Maintaining
    quality records, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities
  • Supporting
    governance reporting including quality dashboards and risk monitoring
  • Assisting
    with the review and communication of policies and procedures
  • Supporting
    staff awareness and training on quality and compliance requirements

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience
    working in quality, compliance or governance within aged care, disability or
    community services
  • Understanding
    of NDIS Practice Standards and/or Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience
    supporting audits, compliance reviews or quality improvement processes
  • Strong
    organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong
    written communication and reporting capability
