Qualifications Engineer in mechatronics Minimum 5 years experience in quality customer complaints department Experience in the analysis of mechatronic & electronic assemblies Knowledge in quality and process engineering- Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector High autonomy, logical thinking and organizational skills Structured approach and above-average commitment English skills (written and spoken) German skills will be a bonusResponsibilitiesSupport customer in case of customer complaintAnalysis of complaints of mechatronic systemsDocumentation of the analysis results in the SAP QM moduleDefinition of immediate, medium and long-term measures in collaboration with the process managers of the production plant, and specialist departments (R&D, SQA, ...)Creation of analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customerMonitoring of the customer portals
