Reporting to the Program Director, the Quality Assurance Clinician is responsible for overseeing the functions of quality assurance, quality improvement, and utilization management. Responsibilities include the monitoring of clinical services to assure minimum quality assurance and continuous quality improvement, the supervision and tracking of the delivery of evidence-based programs at the assigned facility, and adherence to all CARF accreditation requirements.

Phoenix Houses of California is comprised of four locations. Lake View Terrace houses our senior leadership team, an adolescent residential substance abuse program, outpatient services for youth and adults, a Wraparound team, and prevention services.
Venice Beach is an adult male-only residential substance abuse treatment program.
Orange County offers residential substance abuse treatment for women and men- housed in separate areas. Additionally, we offer adult outpatient therapy, Recovery Support Services (RSS), Family Wraparound, and Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) and mental health services in the local schools.
We also have numerous locations spread throughout California that encompasses our Corrections and Rehabilitation Division. The various sites offer mental health services to individuals in prisons, jails, or correctional settings in order to prepare them for re-entry. Locations include: Blythe, Soledad, Susanville, Calipatria, and Bakersfield.
