Job Description

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking three professionals to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Mosnov, Czech Republic as Quality Claims Coordinators


As Quality Claims Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting our operations with the customer, ensuring that quality claims are handled with clarity, speed, and professionalism. You will support the full claim process from investigation and documentation to resolution, contributing to smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

These roles are offered on a shift schedule (morning and afternoon).


Your Responsibilities:


• Reviewing and managing quality claims assigned to the operation in relevant systems.
• Coordinating investigation activities across internal functions and ensuring timely collection of required data.
• Providing structured feedback to the customer (BMW) on investigation results, including root cause and corrective actions, cooperating with the Quality Engineer when necessary.
• Preparing and submitting 8D reports in line with customer requirements and timelines, cooperating with the Quality Engineer when necessary.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer communication related to quality claims.
• Creating and managing self-announcements (SA) for suspected material issues in transit or within the supply chain.
• Supporting escalation of critical quality issues and ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all claim-related activities.
• Ensuring timely processing and strict monitoring of all claims, including immediate follow-up on open cases, to meet customer-defined deadlines and avoid potential financial liability.
• Ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements, systems, and reporting standards.
• Supporting ad-hoc quality topics, escalations, and urgent cases based on operational and customer needs.


Your Profile:


• Secondary education or higher, preferably in a technical, logistics, or quality‑related field.
• Previous experience in quality, claims handling, or logistics operations, with previous experience in the automotive environment being considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with customer communication and claim management processes is preferred.
• Basic system skills (e.g., SAP or customer‑specific systems such as qCube) would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of quality processes and documentation, with familiarity with 8D methodology would be an advantage.
Fluency in the Czech/Slovak language is a must, while fluency in the English language would be an advantage,
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership in managing claims.
