Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for Quality Check Agent to join a well-respected and successful client at Bristol Airport. This job offers full time hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic conditions and facilities.

• Rate of pay: £13.00 once successful completion of training there will be £5 increase per shift
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Key Duties:

• Ensuring airport teams comply with aviation regulatory standards, safety protocols, and corporate service mandates.
• Conducting quality checks on aircraft cabin cleaning to guarantee aircraft meet strict airline and hygiene standards before take off.
• Filing audit reports and escalating any safety or compliance breaches to duty managers.

Roster examples:

The airport is operational 365 days a year, 7 days a week so full flexibility is required.

Must be flexible to accommodate the shift pattern.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 per hour and once successful completed training, there will be an additional £5 per shift increase.

Requirements:

• A Full UK Manual driving licence, with no more than three points endorsed is preferred but not essential
• Experience within a quality checking role
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency of both written and spoken English.
• Must be able to pass and maintain an Airside Pass and airside driving Permit, including competency checks where necessary. This will require a full 5-year work history, the right to work in the UK and a DBS check.
• A positive pro-active “can do” attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
