Are you a highly motivated and disciplined Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration, experience in quality, a passion for aged care and a love for educating others? Your clinical skills are second to none, and you come with demonstrated skills in auditing, compliance, and clinical leadership.

You have a strong understanding of person-centred care, excellent knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and demonstrated understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
With a flexible base location, due to an internal project, focusing on Telstra Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a temporary fixed term (12 months) Quality, Care and Compliance Advisor to join Whiddon's Quality, Care and Compliance Support Services team.
Reporting to the General Manager Quality, Care and Compliance, this position will focus on supporting the Telstra Health project, which will include the provision of education to our regional services, assisting with the development of care plans as we support the business, and providing support and guidance to the managers of our residential in these areas (as required).
Your verbal and written communication is impeccable, you have strong interpersonal skills and your computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite are intermediate at a minimum.
