About the Role

As our new Quality Business Partner, you’ll work alongside our regional operations and clinical teams to lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives across our care centres in the Wellington region. You’ll be a key influencer; driving excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embedding safe, person-centred clinical care practices.

This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare experience who thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and the challenge of improving systems for better outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with facility teams to implement quality strategies aligned with organisational goals

  • Support quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement across care centres

  • Monitor compliance with aged care and healthcare regulations and respond to emerging risks

  • Analyse clinical data and generate actionable insights for leadership teams

  • Provide coaching, education, and support to strengthen clinical capability at the frontline

  • Lead clinical governance activities that enhance safety and reduce care variability

  • Be a trusted advisor and champion for high standards in clinical excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Current Registered Nurse APC

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (postgrad qualifications in Quality or Education highly desirable)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality or clinical governance

  • Deep understanding of aged care standards, accreditation processes, and risk management

  • Experience working in a consultancy or business partner role is highly regarded

  • Strong data analysis skills with a passion for turning insights into action

  • Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A proactive mindset and drive to make meaningful, measurable improvements

Why Join Us?

At Oceania, we believe:

  • We’re one team – We collaborate and support each other to achieve better outcomes

  • We’re finding better ways – We embrace innovation and challenge the status quo

  • We’re committed to care – We put people and safety at the centre of everything we do

  • We’re proud to deliver – We take ownership and deliver with purpose

This is your opportunity to step into a rewarding role where your expertise makes a real impact. You’ll be supported by a passionate national clinical team and empowered to drive change across our network of care centres.
