  • Salary starting from $110K base + Super + Salary Packaging
  • Based at our Sydney OR Brisbane Processing Centre with WFH flexibility (the role will require occassional travel)

About the role

We’re looking for someone to provide front-line quality expertise to assist decision making at all levels of the business. You will help embed an organisation-wide culture of quality by providing support and education in all aspects of quality management and good manufacturing practice. As the quality subject matter expert people will seek your guidance and support from areas such as blood collection, testing and transplantation.

You will provide subject matter expertise, support & guidance to Lifeblood on Quality matters. You will participate in audit programs, change activities, validation & qualification activities and work as the Quality representative on both internal and external working groups.

  • Previous quality experience gained within a regulated industry (e.g. FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing)
  • Practical experience with a quality management system, including internal audits, validation and CAPA
  • Ability to apply risk-based thinking to balance business needs and quality principles
  • Outstanding teamwork skills to support the achievement of shared goals
  • An excellent communicator, an autonomous worker with solid time management skills
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and the ability to be an SME for Quality


This is a fixed-term full-time role reporting into the Regional Quality Coordinator. This opportunity is available to candidates based in Brisbane or Sydney. Occasional travel is required on a quarterly basis, and we are looking for individuals who are flexible and open to travel as part of the role.
