Job Description

About this Position

Quality Boost Graduate Development Program, for a duration of 18 months, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality standards and maintaining Quality and process performance.

What you´ll do

  • Monitor and audit day-to-day shop-floor activities against approved quality standards, specifications, and SOPs, identifying and closing gaps between documented standards and on-ground execution.
  • Track, control, and document all formula and process changes, maintaining ZP (formula/process specification) documentation and full change-history records.

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve day-to-day quality problems and non-conformances on the shop floor, driving root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain and continuously update quality standards, specifications, and control plans in line with current regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Conduct regular gemba walks/on-site inspections to compare actual operating practice against documented standards and report deviations.
  • Support internal and external quality audits, ensuring formula records, ZP files, and batch documentation are accurate, current, and audit-ready.

What makes you a good fit

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, or any relevant studies such as Chemical Engineering and Quality Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office and research-based analysis
