Who you are:
As aQuality Automation Engineer II, you are our quality control, ensuring every application is stable and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You’ll play an important role in the design, creation, and testing of applications to ensure the quality and stability in every system. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the applications are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You are not afraid to ask the question why and thrive in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and deploy test automation solutions for interrelated systems to ensure the quality and stability of software applications
Troubleshoot and triage script and system issues with project teams to identify the root causes and resolve issues
Document, track, and escalate issues with application changes or test scripts
Collaborate with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project, product, and testing objectives
Focus on improving automation percentage for projects developed in all technologies
Write and execute functional test cases as needed
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
2+ years of test automation experience
Demonstrated experience in Java or scripting languages like Ruby or Python, using Selenium as a framework in independently identifying technical issues in code
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts
Demonstrated experience developing functional, load, or batch test automation solutions
Proficiency with SQL queries
Additional Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, Maven
Experience using automated testing tools like Junit, TestNG, Appium, JMeter, XCUITest, and/or Expresso
Experience with a distributed version-control management system like GIT
Experience within the Cards Domain, API, and automation integration testing approaches
