Your Next Career Opportunity – Quality Auditor II - International

The role involves administering the company's quality program under the direction of the Manager and providing feedback to the assigned country management of SBA in the market.


What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager in developing quality programs with country’s operations and management to ensure compliance with SBA quality programs.
  • Interpret and communicate requirements of the SBA QMS system
  • Prepare related documentation.
  • Develop and implement required training programs.
  • Conduct internal ground/tower top quality audits and data analyses required for compliance with defined standards.
  • Review procedures and quality instructions developed by others to validate content and to ensure compliance and requirements.
  • Write and revise operating procedures and quality instructions to suit defined requirements and ensure that documentation on file is current and accurately reflects actual operating procedures.
  • Advise management of ISO status, requirements and issues via written and verbal communication.
  • Coordinate third party audits of plant operations and standards to determine compliance with SBA requirements.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual in English/local language preferred.
  • High School/ GED required.
  • Associates’ degree in a related filed preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the telecommunications or construction industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Climbing experience strongly preferred.
  • Travel: In-Country, 60% , Out-of-Country 20% of time.
  • Valid Government issued driver’s license.
  • Valid Government issued passport.
