This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed company goals. The Auditor isresponsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates onQuality Standards. This position will assist in the development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validationof those changes. The Auditor is responsible for providing supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the productionline.
Hours: Sunday- Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am, OT as required
• Audit Windows and Doors and record findings of any quality issues.• Assist in training production associates to ensure all products produced are of the highest quality.• Assist in improving our processes by generating new ideas or concepts.• Maintain responsibility for keeping proper paperwork and documentation of departmental data.• Communicate safety and safety training by following safety policies when operating power hand tools and other equipment.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job--reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to performessential functions. The Auditor must have the ability to alternate walking, standing for extended periods of time, sitting, climbing,bending, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, carrying or lifting up to 10-50 lbs. above chest level; while in theplant/warehouse.
Education/ Training: High School Diploma/GED required- Six months to one year of related experience or training.
