
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise routine quality inspections across production areas
· Monitor implementation of sanitation and hygiene protocols
· Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards
· Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
· Document and report on quality metrics and incidents
· Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance/control in food production
· Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
· Familiarity with inventory systems and quality control tools
· Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis
