We are looking for a Technician to join the Supply Chain team in Kazakhstan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and perform physicochemical tests and other laboratory analyses to ensure compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products with applicable standards and Company requirements.
  • Ensure proper handover of all ongoing work during shift changes (from night shift to morning shift and vice versa).
  • Be familiar with procedures and instructions related to the Quality Department (products, raw materials, carbon dioxide, water, syrup).
  • Study and follow procedures and instructions available in the KORE database.
  • Ensure timely decision‑making on status assignment (approval, quarantine, rejection) for raw materials, materials, and finished products, and control their movement.
  • Initiate and perform corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); identify root causes of non‑conformities in test and analysis results within own area of responsibility.
  • Document analysis and test results, maintain records, and prepare technical documentation for completed work in production and incoming quality control.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and propose improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Ensure effective communication of test and analysis results with relevant plant departments; also maintain effective information exchange within the laboratory regarding temporary and permanent changes, requirements, technological, and other processes.

Qualification Requirements


  • Higher education.

  • Work experience: more than 5 years.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and methodological documentation for laboratory testing and analysis.

  • Knowledge of key production processes and operating parameters.

  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, its operating principles, and usage rules.

  • Knowledge of technical documentation requirements for laboratory analyses and testing.

  • SAP system skills.Knowledge of KORE, GMP, and HACCP requirements.

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations.
  • Language skills: English – pre‑intermediate.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Excel.
