QualificationsBac + 2 / BTS in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial quality, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.Advanced level of English and French communication skillsStrong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage critical situations involving customers and production teams.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and approve, in collaboration with the Quality Director, the procedures and work instructions Implement and ensure compliance with the Quality Manual requirements, procedures, and work instructions.Ensure that defect analyses and the implementation of actions resulting from external and internal complaints are carried out according to established standards.Ensure that additional inspections required following internal or external complaints are performed in accordance with the required standards, in collaboration with Analysis Technicians, Quality Assurance, Engineers, and APU Managers.Provide guidance to ensure that special deviation requests are submitted to the relevant departments in accordance with defined procedures.Have both the authority and responsibility to stop production in the event of a defect detection or operational malfunction, inform the relevant stakeholders, and initiate the necessary corrective and preventive actions.Monitor quality performance indicators and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable quality standards, and the company's quality objectives.Participate in internal, external, and customer audits, and follow up on related action plans.
