Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (temp-to-hire position with expected pay increase upon permanent hire)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Overtime may be available)

Position Summary

DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for monitoring production processes, collecting quality data, and verifying compliance with AMS 2750E specifications. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a shop environment, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record process temperatures and other critical production parameters.
• Collect samples and perform inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and AMS 2750E requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality checks and inspections.
• Assist with process audits and quality investigations as needed.
• Spend approximately 70% of the time in the production/shop environment.
• Provide occasional support to the maintenance department as required.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skill
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing shop-floor activities.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Previous quality assurance, manufacturing, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
