The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a QA Technician to join our Quality team and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in quality, manufacturing, automotive, or heavy vehicle industries who enjoys problem-solving, attention to detail, and working collaboratively across multiple departments. Reporting to the Quality team, you will support product quality through inspections, audits, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, helping to deliver compliant, high-quality vehicles to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct gate inspections and product audits in accordance with company, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records and data within internal quality systems.
• Review audit results and support investigations into quality discrepancies and repeat issues.
• Ensure audit activities are completed within required turnaround times to support production schedules.
• Identify and escalate potential safety, compliance, or product quality concerns.
• Provide technical quality support to Production, Engineering, Sales, Vendors, and Training teams.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues.
• Lead quality-focused toolbox talks and core briefs within production areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, compliance, and operational performance.

What we like about you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in a quality inspection, audit, or reporting environment.
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
• A relevant trade qualification or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with Access experience desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, collaborative approach and commitment to workplace safety.
