Quality Assurance Systems Internship (m/f/d)

QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEMS INTERNSHIP (m/f/d)

Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant new graduate to join the Quality Department of Garbagnate plant. He/she will be introduced into GMP Documentation &Training QA systems team actively involved into a new project aimed at enhancing the onboarding training program. In addition, he/she will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to activities related to the site’s Business Continuity Plan and support training & documentation activities.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in a project aimed at enhancing the onboarding training plan, acquiring practical experience in training planning and design
• Support the coordination of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and of periodic effectiveness check exercise, as part of the Site’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), to ensure preparedness for disruptive events and safeguard operations related to medicinally necessary products, gaining practical risk‑assessment experience and improving critical thinking
• Provide support in managing site GMP training records and the annual GMP training program, learning GMP training requirements
• Assist in overseeing site GMP documentation and monitoring QA system KPIs, developing analytical skills in quality metrics
• Collaborate with local experts in a cross-functional environment, fostering teamwork and communication skills

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy
• Strong digital skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong ability of organization and coordination (lean methodology)
• Team-oriented mindset, with initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
