Collaboratewithdevelopers, marketers, and data teamstoidentify, document, and resolvedefectsorissues
Validate data flows, segmentation, and audience targeting within Data Extensions and ContactBuilder (SFMC).
Supportthedeployment and implementationof SFMC campaigns, ensuringadherenceto timelines and qualitystandards
Monitor campaign performance post-deployment and assist in troubleshootinganyissues
Maintaindetaileddocumentationof test cases, results, and implementationprocedures
Stay currentwith SFMC platformupdates, testingtools, and industrybestpractices
Assist in training teammemberson QA processes and SFMC implementationstandards
Excels at filingissues in theissuetrackerwithenoughdetails, backgroundcontext, and reproductionscenarios
