CreditAssociates, an industry-leading financial services company, is seeking a self-driven and career-minded Quality Assurance Specialist – Bilingual (Spanish/English) to support our rapidly expanding Sales team.In this role, specialists are responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of information delivered on sales calls through the monitoring of recorded and live telephone interactions.What to Expect from CreditAssociates

Responsibilities

  • Review English and Spanish sales calls:
    • For legal and regulatory compliance
    • For quality assurance and accuracy of information
    • For adherence to sales call flow expectations and execution
    • For effective problem resolution and program expectation setting
    • In response to client complaints or escalations
    • To support ongoing training and development initiatives
    • To assess the effectiveness of sales training programs
  • Utilize standardized QA scorecards to evaluate Sales performance
  • Provide structured feedback and analysis on observed call trends and behaviors
  • Document high-quality calls and best practices for future training use
  • Identify and escalate underwriting-related concerns when applicable
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Training, and Underwriting teams
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through QA insights and findings
  • Maintain accurate documentation in QA systems and tools
  • Responsibilities can change based on business needs

QualificationsRequired

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – verbal and written proficiency
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable delivering structured, constructive feedback
  • High attention to detail with strong compliance awareness

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Vonage systems
  • Financial services or QA-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
