Wage - $18.39 per hour

Schedule – Full Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm- MST

Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah.

Reports to the Shared Services Student Recruiting Manager. Performs a variety of audits and evaluations to maintain the data integrity and quality assurance of the contract in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

  1. Evaluate and audit 100% of all admissions folders same-day as submitted by specialists.
  2. During evaluation and audit of application files, ensure all required information is included and forwarded to the appropriate Job Corps centers. Present all evaluation and audit findings and concerns to supervisor.
  3. Maintain records of data integrity errors and notate them on applicable tracking document.
  4. Ensure full compliance with MTC and government record keeping requirements.
  5. Audit the following areas on a monthly basis and present findings to the Manager: Open Cases and Comms Logs.
  6. Review Constituent Issues daily and work to a resolution same-day. Notify supervisor of resolution.
  7. Assign interested prospects to Student Recruiting Specialists based on caseload sizes and availability.
  8. Support in initial communication to all prospective students and verify interest and basic eligibility. Repeat contact at the expected rate and show maximum due diligence in converting prospects to applications.
  9. Contact withdrawn applicants to reengage interest in reopening applications.
  10. Conduct pre-departure calls to applicants pending arrival and coordinate with center records.
  11. Follow up with assigned Job Corps Center if file is pending review more than 14 days.
  12. Stay current with center statistics and maintain continuous contact with the center to coordinate efforts, discuss problems and develop resolutions.
  13. Support in data integrity training for existing and new staff.
  14. Contribute to an environment that encourages customer service, teamwork and innovation.
  15. Communicate business process to varied levels across the organization.
  16. Optimize services through process improvement for the assigned areas of responsibility.
  17. Be familiar with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to designated business process
  18. Demonstrate ownership for assigned business process through continued process improvement.
  19. Provide a best-in-class customer service experience through timely processing, response times, and issue resolution.
  20. Provide feedback that will identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
  21. Work closely with other members of the management team ensuring the Shared Services Strategy is aligned with business objectives.
  22. Contribute to our company Culture of Caring by maintaining positive and respectful relationships with employees, customers, vendors, program recipients and our community.
  23. Promote the development of career success standards by modeling appropriate behaviors, mentoring students when necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions.
  24. Support, promote, and enforce the Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy.
  25. Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and three years of clerical experience. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and various software programs, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
