  • Support development and maintenance of quality assurance plans, standard operating procedures, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with program managers, engineering teams, operations personnel, and subcontractors to support quality management objectives.
  • Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for program leadership and customers.
  • Support risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance and process efficiency.
  • Assist with customer audits, government inspections, and compliance reviews related to quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security, safety, and operational procedures within classified and mission-critical environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or process improvement activities within government, defense, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles, process documentation, corrective action procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs and operational environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, CMMI, or other quality management frameworks and standards.
