We seek a meticulous, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our esteemed team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the highest quality for our clients and partner brands within our web department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive quality checks and audits on all deliverables within the web department to maintain top-notch standards for our clients and partner brands.
• Collaborate closely with the web development and design teams to ensure all project elements adhere to established quality guidelines and specifications.
• Thoroughly test websites, web applications, and digital assets across browsers, devices, and operating systems to guarantee optimal functionality and seamless user experiences.
• Identify and document bugs, issues, and areas for improvement using detailed and actionable reports.
• Work with the development team to promptly address and resolve identified issues.
• Participate in developing and refining quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance to continually improve our QA processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar QA role, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and familiarity with various web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug-tracking systems to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and quality assurance practices.
