Quality Assurance Engineering Analyst (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract) - Elevate Our Product Excellence!

What Makes This Role Great:

This role offers the unique opportunity to directly influence global product quality and safety by collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and external suppliers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Quality & Regulatory System while ensuring our products strictly adhere to essential industry standards.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement and quality plan adherence through proactive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Perform hands-on incoming inspection, verification, testing, and programming for key product components.

  • Resolve critical vendor RMA and customer DOA issues to uphold high product satisfaction.

  • Maintain global regulatory compliance across critical standards including WEEE, TUV, and RoHS.

  • Champion workplace operating, environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in quality assurance inspection, testing, and component programming.

  • Hands-on experience driving quality plan adherence and continuous improvement processes.

  • Strong familiarity with global regulatory compliance standards such as WEEE, TUV, and RoHS.

  • Excellent communication skills for seamless cross-functional team and vendor collaboration.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing vendor return merchandise authorizations and customer dead-on-arrival workflows.

  • Technical proficiency in maintaining detailed quality databases and compliance recordkeeping.
