Ce que vous ferez :

Au sein d’une équipe en construction et dynamique, vous vous assurez que les opérations de production, incluant la gestion des banques de cellules sont réalisés en accord avec les règles en vigueur dans l’entreprise.

Vous assurez que les activités liées aux produits du site sont réalisées en accord avec les requis règlementaires tels que : BPF part II, BPF Annexe 2, ICH Q9/Q10 et du système de management de la qualité.

Vous travaillez en transversal avec des fonctions locales.

Missions

Vous vous assurez que les opérations liées au produit sont réalisées en accord avec les règles en vigueur dans l’entreprise :

• Supporter au quotidien les opérations de production en tant qu’Assurance Qualité : gérer les CAPA / Change Control et Non Conformités qui vous sont assignées.

• Réaliser des visites terrain en zone à atmosphère contrôlée

• Revoir et approuver les documents générés : Dossiers de lots physiques et électroniques, logbooks, protocoles, rapport, etc.

• Mettre en œuvre les procédures de Sandoz pour son périmètre.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez également amené.e à :

• Préparer et prendre une part active aux audits et les inspections règlementaires (Europe et Etats-Unis)

• Participer aux projets d’amélioration du service.

• Être le back-up de vos collègues Assurance Qualité d’autres secteurs.

Ce poste est éligible au travail en horaires étendus en fonction des contraintes du service.

Qui vous êtes :

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac+5 avec une spécialisation en assurance qualité dans le domaine pharmaceutique avec une expérience opérationnelle réussie d’au moins 3 ans.

• Une expérience dans le domaine de la bioproduction est un atout.

• Vous disposez d’une solide connaissance des BPF part II, BPF Annexe 2, ICH Q9/Q10.

• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, d’écoute et pour votre esprit d’équipe. Vous êtes pragmatique, vous aimez le challenge et les environnements qui changent rapidement.

• Vous disposez de très bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de synthèse, vous avez un forte capacité d’adaptation et êtes autonome.

• Vous êtes bilingue français et anglais.

What you'll do:

As part of a dynamic team, you will ensure that production operations, including the management of Cell Banks, are carried out in accordance with the rules in force in the company.

You ensure that the activities related to the site's products are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements such as: GMP Part II, GMP Annex 2, ICH Q9/Q10 and the Quality Management System.

You work with transversal with local functions.

Missions

You ensure that the operations related to the product are carried out in accordance with the rules in force in the company:

• Support production operations on a daily basis as Quality Assurance: manage the CAPA / Change Control and Non-Conformities assigned to you.

• Walkdown in controlled atmosphere areas

• Review and approve generated documents: Physical and electronic batch records, logbooks, protocols, reports, etc.

• Implement Sandoz's procedures for its scope.

As part of your missions, you will also be required to:

• Prepare and take an active part in audits and regulatory inspections (Europe and the United States)

• Participate in service improvement projects

• Be the back-up of your QA colleagues supporting other sectors.

This position is identified to have the possibility to work on

Who you are:

• You have a bac+5 with a specialization in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical field with at least 3 years of successful operational experience.

• Experience in the field of bioproduction is an asset.

• You have a solid knowledge of GMP Part II, GMP Annex 2, ICH Q9/Q10.

• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit. You are pragmatic, you like a challenge and fast-changing environments.

• You have very good analytical, organizational and synthesis skills, you have a strong ability to adapt and are autonomous.

• You are bilingual in French and English.
