  • Assist with training and qualifying other inspection personnel and provide guidance through consistent work standards and attention to quality.
  • Escalate unclear conditions, quality risks, or requirements outside approved procedures to the Facility Quality Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Current or previous ASNT Level II certification in one or more non-destructive examination methods, including Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, or Radiographic Testing, in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, for rotating equipment or precision mechanical components.
  • Experience performing inspections in a manufacturing, repair, or production environment.

  • Experience processing nonconformances and maintaining product identification and traceability.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current or previous ASNT Level II certifications in Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiographic Testing.
  • Experience supporting pump manufacturing or repair, including castings, weld repairs, and fabricated components.
  • Experience performing mechanical dimensional inspections on precision components or assemblies.
  • Knowledge of nuclear quality programs and standards, including ANSI N45.2, 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, and NQA-1.
